We can help create an agenda that makes sense for your group including where you want picked up and dropped off, where you want to spend your day, and where to eat along your journey. What all is included in your fee?
We include a vehicle, gas, insurance, and a private driver for your adventure. We do not include parking fees, tolls, or dining in our packages. Our drivers also accept tips as a form of appreciation. We do however offer bottled water and light snacks while on the road. We will help plan stops for meals according to your specific travel needs.
Where Can You Pick Us Up?
We can pick up your group at any address within 50 miles of Dayton International Airport. This can be a commercial or residential address. It is important that you have permission to park your vehicles at the pick-up location. DayDream Tour Co is not responsible for any parking fees or towing charges due to failure to secure permission to leave your vehicle.
Are your vehicles handicap accessible?
Our vehicles are not handicap accessible in terms of wheelchair access.
How often do you stop for restroom breaks?
We typically make a stop every 2 hours to allow our passengers to stretch their legs, grab a snack, or use the restroom. This can be adjusted based on your agenda and passenger needs.
What if we get stuck in traffic?
Our drivers use real time GPS data to try to keep your group moving as efficiently as possible. However, there are times when we get slowed down due to traffic delays. We try our best to schedule your agenda to travel through larger cities or known backup highways at optimal times to reduce these possibilities. Even with preparation, slow downs still can happen. You are paying for a specific amount of time with your driver and slow downs could result in less time at your desired destination.
What if we have last minute changes?
We understand that your plans can change for numerous reasons. When you book with us, you are booking a specific amount of time on a specific day. We can be flexible with where we go and when we go within that scheduled time, but have less flexibility with adding passengers last minute or changing the day of travel last minute. We will do our best to ensure your experience is as convenient as possible, even if the agenda changes last minute. When traveling for an outdoor activity, we recommend having an indoor backup location in mind in case of inclement weather.
What if we are expecting dangerous road conditions on the day of travel?
In the case of inclement weather that could affect the safety of our travelers, we will work with your group to reschedule to another day once roads are safer to travel. We will not reschedule due to most rain or thunderstorms. Again, we recommend having an indoor backup agenda ready in case of inconvenient weather conditions.
What is required to secure a booking?
We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your date and times for travel. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to departure. Failing to make your final payment on time can result in losing your deposit.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as electronic bank transfers or check.
How much does it cost to book a trip?
We price our services based on the amount of time you will be traveling. We calculate this from the time we show up for pickup to the estimated time we return to drop you off. As an example, if we pick up your group at 8am and plan to return at 4pm, that would be an 8 hour package. We offer 8, 10, and 12 hour packages based off your travel needs. Even though we break down transportation costs per traveler, the full amount is due by one payment to secure transportation for your small group. Save money per traveler by inviting more to join your day trip. General pricing is as follows.
